Terms of Use
Using App Store Pricing Manager, its free plan and Unlimited Publishing.
Last updated November 4, 2026
App licence
App Store Pricing Manager is developed by Andrei Yakushau. The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), which governs the licence, including its warranty, liability and governing-law provisions, subject to mandatory applicable law. This page explains the app’s plans and purchase conditions; it does not replace the Standard EULA. The app is independent and is not sponsored or endorsed by Apple.
Free plan and Unlimited Publishing
The app is free to download. The free plan includes one publication to App Store Connect per rolling 24-hour period. A publication counts when Apple accepts every request in it; a partial failure does not use up the allowance. Importing, editing and previewing prices are not limited. Unlimited Publishing removes the publication allowance:
- Yearly Unlimited Publishing: an auto-renewable subscription lasting one year per billing period.
- Lifetime Unlimited Publishing: a one-time, non-consumable purchase with no scheduled expiry or recurring charge.
Local prices and the billing period are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase. Lifetime unlocks publishing in this app; it does not guarantee that Apple’s services, future macOS versions or future separate products will remain available or compatible indefinitely. Mandatory rights and update obligations are unaffected.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
- Apple processes payment through your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The yearly subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. Price changes are handled by Apple, including notice and consent where required.
- Manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues to the end of the paid period unless the purchase is refunded or revoked.
- Deleting the app or erasing its data does not cancel a subscription. Buying Lifetime does not automatically cancel an existing yearly subscription; cancel that subscription separately with Apple.
- Use Restore Purchases on another Mac signed in to the same Apple Account to restore eligible purchases.
Refunds, complaints and consumer rights
Request an App Store purchase refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Purchases are also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple’s purchase process and refund policies do not remove statutory rights, including applicable remedies for digital content that does not conform to the contract.
Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, it is generally 14 days for an online purchase. The digital-content exception applies only when its legal conditions are met, including express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgment of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right and the required confirmation. These terms alone do not waive that right.
For app problems or a complaint, contact [email protected] with enough information to describe the issue. Statutory consumer complaints are answered within 14 days unless applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing on this page excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Your App Store Connect account
Use an App Store Connect account and API keys you are authorised to access. Protect your keys and check the products, countries, schedules and amounts in Review before confirming publication. You remain subject to Apple’s developer agreements.
Purchasing-power figures, benchmarks, exchange rates and tax estimates are guidance and may be incomplete or out of date. They are not financial, tax or legal advice. Review the underlying information before making pricing decisions.
Publishing risks and limits of liability
Publishing changes real prices and schedules in App Store Connect. Apple can reject or delay requests, and some changes can take effect even if others fail. For example, Apple can remove a scheduled price before rejecting its replacement. If publication is interrupted or the result is unclear, check Activity and confirm the current prices and schedules in App Store Connect before making further changes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and under the Standard EULA, I am not responsible for losses caused solely by your pricing or scheduling choices, or by outages, delays or changes in Apple’s services outside my control. The Standard EULA’s limits on liability apply where legally enforceable to claims arising from app errors or API requests, including lost profits and business interruption. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain in effect, as does any liability that applicable law prohibits excluding or limiting.
Updates and contact
This page may be updated to reflect changes in the app, purchase options or applicable requirements. Updates do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to existing purchases. Material changes affecting an existing agreement require the notice and consent, where applicable, required by law; continued use alone does not waive those rights.
