Privacy Policy

Your workspaces stay on your Mac. The app has no developer-run account, advertising or usage analytics.

Last updated November 4, 2026

This policy covers App Store Pricing Manager for Mac and this website. Andrei Yakushau (“I”, “me”) develops the app and is the data controller for website and support processing described here. Contact [email protected] about privacy or your data.

Data on your Mac

The app stores your private App Store Connect API keys in Keychain, and your account identifiers, workspaces, drafts, publishing history and cached pricing data locally. It also stores preferences and a local Keychain timestamp for the free plan’s 24-hour publication allowance. Local data is kept until replaced or removed as described below. The app does not upload your workspace or usage analytics to me.

The app writes diagnostics to the macOS logging system and does not upload them. Logs can contain app identifiers, request details and errors; macOS manages their retention. If you choose to share logs or screenshots for support, remove sensitive information first. Never send private API keys, .p8 files or authentication tokens.

External connections and purchases

  • Apple: the app connects directly to App Store Connect to read your apps and pricing and send changes you confirm. Your private key stays on your Mac; authentication tokens and API requests go to Apple. App Store purchases, subscription management and purchase verification are handled through Apple. I do not receive your payment details from these purchases. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.
  • Exchange rates: the app downloads public rates from the currency-api project through jsDelivr, with a Cloudflare Pages mirror as a fallback. These requests do not include your API keys, account identifiers or workspace data. The providers receive technical connection data, such as your IP address and request time. See jsDelivr’s Privacy Policy and Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

Website and support

This website includes no advertising, analytics or tracking scripts. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and browser information to deliver and protect the site. Security features may use strictly necessary cookies. I do not use this data for advertising or profiling.

If you email me, I receive your email address and the message and attachments you choose to send. I use them to answer your request, troubleshoot problems and handle related follow-up or legal claims. Providing support information is voluntary; without enough information I may be unable to help. It is not required to use the app. I do not sell personal data or use support messages for marketing.

Under the GDPR, website delivery and security rely on legitimate interests in operating a reliable, secure site. Support necessary to fulfil a contract or respond to a pre-contract request relies on Article 6(1)(b); other correspondence and defending legal claims rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Processing required by law relies on Article 6(1)(c). I do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you solely by automated processing.

Recipients, retention and international processing

Hosting and email service providers process the information needed to deliver the website and correspondence. I require providers processing data on my behalf to protect it in line with this policy and applicable law. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. Support correspondence is kept while needed to resolve your request and related follow-up, then deleted unless a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim requires longer retention. Cloudflare retains technical data under its Privacy Policy; retention depends on the data and security purpose.

Cloudflare operates internationally and may process data outside the European Economic Area. Its Data Processing Addendum describes transfer safeguards, including EU standard contractual clauses where applicable. Contact me for information about the processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards for your support correspondence, or to request a copy of relevant safeguards.

Deleting local data

  • Erase All Data: use this action in Settings to remove the app’s workspaces, drafts, history, cached data, preferences and stored API keys. The free-publication timestamp remains in Keychain after erasure or uninstalling; a later counted free publication replaces it. macOS-managed logs and copies you exported or backed up are separate.
  • Revoke access: removing a local key does not revoke it at Apple. Revoke it separately in App Store Connect under Users and Access › Integrations.
  • Uninstall: deleting the app alone does not remove its saved workspaces or Keychain records. Use Erase All Data before uninstalling. Local deletion does not change published prices or cancel subscriptions.

Your privacy rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of personal data I process, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights depend on the circumstances. Email [email protected]; I will respond without undue delay, normally within one month, and explain any lawful extension. I cannot retrieve workspace data stored only on your Mac.

You may complain to the President of Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or another competent data protection authority, including where you live or work in the EEA.

Children and policy changes

The app is intended for app developers and is not directed at children. Policy updates will appear here with a new date. Material changes to data handling will be brought to your attention before taking effect, with consent requested where required.
